"Very dirty Starbucks (better not to look behind the counter). They always have the orders wrong, employees are gloomy and not friendly. Beverages are always half full. What also not pleasant is that when I order any food items that comes with the utensils they don’t bag them individually (what’s the point of putting cream food and utensils in dirty plastic all together, it’s a contamination, who knows how the plastic bags with the fork was handled? I observed many times that the employees dropped it on the counter or floor (!) and then put back with the remaining utensils). Just not a nice Starbucks to visit. Plus they don’t have designated pick-up spots and all front parking row mostly taken by the business next door."

"2018: They are always SO nice & fast at this location. I'm glad to have one close to home for when I "need" caffeine. Edit: 2023 Today I returned I am so disappointed in this locations quality. It has went downhill and the price and went up. Now I see why there’s such a long line at Dutch Bros next door. After opening up my drink I see it’s missing nearly 15% of the coffee? Weird. But okay. Also both coffees were less than warm as was the food but it’s fine I have access to a microwave. Kinda miss the 2018 Starbucks."

"Service quality has gone down at this location. The employee taking my order seemed to want to interact as minimal as possible with me. Not even asking if I wanted any creamer or sugar with my order and not even a smile. I can’t even get a sleeve for the hot coffee without asking for one. And they still ask for tips? Starbucks might as well out some self-serve kiosks so I can do it myself."
