"Such bad customer service. I don’t expect much at a McDonalds, but I do expect people to be a little friendly. Apparently they charge you for sauces now. Let’s not forget how often you ask for sauce and they don’t put it in the bag or how often they get your order wrong. The guy was so rude about it and made such a big deal about it. Then proceeded to not even give me my sauces after I paid for them. I didn’t realize till I go back to work and couldn’t go back up there. I tried to call and they either don’t answer or do answer but just let the phone sit there so you can hear everyone talking in the background. I guess so they don’t have to hear it ring again. Awful, lazy people and awful customer service. Also my ketchup tasted like chemicals, so they might want to look into that."

"Customer service sucks. Lady with the mask is always rude, and she needs to change her profession to be a prison guard. I used the mobile app, and the cashier removed the item after the code was used so i was unable to get my item. What’s the point of having it available if the employees aren’t properly trained to use it. I ended up having to just buy it. Ridiculous."
"Came here twice in 1 week to grab food for the kids at night. Once was drive-thru while other time we made it before they locked the doors. Both times, the food was decently fresh with the later time, ironically, very hot and fresh. Both times, I ordered McNuggets and Fries. I do agree with other reviewers that the service end could use improvement. The morale seems low. However, I honestly only cared that my food was decent, so it was a good enough experience for me."
"We are being short changed. A man claiming to be the manager said only half a piece of cheese was the standard. The advertisement literally shows a whole one. You charge for cheese and also build its cost into the product. This store is ripping us off! Done with this disservice. Done with McDonalds as a whole. Cheating won't get you much farther. Next I hit social media with this info. Goodbye awful business! Photos are a week apart."
