"This New Orleans pizza joint opened in Katy Asia Town so we decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is a little basic but was clean and comfortable. The young man at the counter who took our order was polite and efficient. From the time we ordered to when the pizza arrived was about twenty minutes. We ordered a 16" The Meats. It had pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, ham ground beef, tomato sauce and mozzarella. The flavor was decent but it was a little dry. The crust was good. Our bill was $36 including a small and a large drink. The table next to us ordered the 30" The Ranch Pizza. It looked tasty and was definitely unique. Overall there was nothing that really set this place apart. I wouldn't drive out of my way for it but it also was not a bad experience."

"Update: So upon my second visit I noticed some issues with dough quality consistency. It seems as if when they made the dough the water temp was off and it was jelly and didn’t rise so just know the pizza may not taste the same every time you go. Also don’t bother with the monkey bread, it leaves much to be desired for. It’s just 4 small bread rolls with a bit of garlic butter and drop of cheese on top not worthy of the $8. A great pizza at a great price!! I was a die hard star pizza fan but Fat Boy’s has won me over with their huge slices and generous toppings. They also have a fun 2ft pizza challenge and a 30” pizza for those hosting large gatherings. The service is also great which is a plus. My only minor complaint is they have too many tables too close together so it’s a bit harder to move around but I get it."

"I'm not a regular pizza eater, but these massive pizzas at the place were incredibly good—I was genuinely amazed! The unique and delicious flavors make it a must-try for anyone, even those not typically into pizza. Five stars for turning me into a pizza fan!"

"This was our first time at fat boy's and they did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the pizza was excellent. What made the trip special was that we tried the 30 inch pizza. So big that 8 of us couldn't finish the thing, although admittedly it was a lot of children involved in the team effort. We will be back."

"Fat Boy Pizza is the bomb! Their pizzas are huge, perfect for sharing with friends or devouring all by yourself. And let me tell you, they don't skimp on the flavor. Each slice is loaded with fresh and abundant toppings that will make your taste buds sing. But it's not just the pizza that's awesome. The newly opened location is a total vibe. They've got a killer atmosphere that gives off that old school 80s pizza parlor feel. Plus, they've got TVs everywhere, so you won't miss a single second of the game. And if that's not enough, they even have an arcade! Who doesn't love a little friendly Galaga basketball competition while waiting for their pizza? Trust me, this place is going to be a hit in the community. So grab your crew, head on over to Fat Boy Pizza, and get ready to have a great time."
