Marco's Pizza

"*****UPDATE 2/6/24: I do appreciate that the manager contacted me and I have received a coupon and some rewards points in compensation. Like I said below, Marco's is the best pizza in the area in our opinion, and I look forward to ordering from them again soon. I've adjusted my stars (and they did not request that I do so). Thank you, Marco's! Marco's, you're the best pizza in the area, in my husband's opinion. However, recently I have had major issues. It started with your new website, which did not allow me to retain my old points. I had to create a new account, which lost me however many points I had. So I was ordering from other pizza places, but my husband really prefers Marco's. I created a new Marco's account, and have ordered once using that login. Now, I try to login and I just get the spinny wheel of death. So I finally order "as a guest" because my husband wants Marco's. Yesterday, I ordered a deluxe, minus the green peppers (I've ordered reduced green peppers multiple times but always get way too many, so I took them off completely this time) but added black olives and doubled my mushrooms. The pizza was delivered promptly. The delivery person was nice, and deserves credit. But the pizza....it not only had such a boatload of black olives I had to pick many off, but also included GREEN OLIVES, which I can't stand. Picture attached. If my husband didn't love Marco's, I'd be ordering from elsewhere. It would also be nice to get credit for this order on my Marco's points, but I won't hold my breath. Fix your website, please."

"Once upon a time, places like pizza hut would have it to where u could go inside and eat. All the big chains, including Pizza hut stopped doing that. So, when I went into Macro's and saw that you could eat there, it was nice! Environment is great there. Employees are always nice and I don't ever have to ask for parm or red pepper because they always add it. (Maybe they know me by now because i order for my family and I, frequently). The food there has NEVER been bad. Or I've never received a wrong order. Delivery is always great too. I've been a customer for about 5 years now. I love them! Or should I say WE love them. Love everything about them! Keep up the great work guys!"

"I order a meat lovers pizza half meat lovers half veggies the made whole pizza veggies. The pizza was cold the Mgr. Accommodated me sent a new one it wasn't a meat lover it was half veggies other half cheese still was cold. This is by far the worst Marcos experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this to nobody. The driver that bought the pizza had an attitude I was going to leave a tip until I spoke SAID thank you he ignored me walk off. Yea I won't buy anything else from this location."

"Had pizza delivered very good and timing was great. The young lady on the phone was very patient with us and answered all our questions. We were having issues with our card she saved our order so when we called back we didn't have to start over. Definitely would order from there again. Good customer Service is hard to come by now days ."
