"We were given old food tonight, and when we took it back maybe about 10-15 mins later, we were blamed for the food being old. It was fish sandwiches, and they were dark brown when we opened our food. Then the staff had broken a piece cheese in half to put one half on each sandwich. Ricardo, the night manager, blamed the old food on the timing, but no one can explain why the cheese was broken in half. The fries were ice cold. It was just a very bad experience. Save your money and just go to the one on 121."

"In my recent visit to McDonald’s Lewisville drive-through, I experienced a missing item in my order. Upon notifying the staff, they assured me it would be addressed next time, leaving uncertainty about the resolution. Unfortunately, when I asked for a refund for the missing item, they declined, stating they couldn’t assist with the extra charge. This lack of resolution left me dissatisfied with the customer service."

"This place is not fresh at all. The food is like eating an MRE and most of all, that staff that so calls works up there are so unprofessional EVERY single time. Some lady that handed me the food- Hispanic girl was rude as can be and it happens every time I go there which is not much cause the food is disgusting compared to most places. Those employees don’t say thanks, have a great day, nothing courteous ever comes out there mouth. Instead I’m the one that always is the one that says thanks. Then they don’t even respond to that-just look away and close the window. I’m a customer and I’m nice to them. But they treat me rude in return and don’t say thank you like they’re suppose to do since I’m giving y’all business. I’d sweep that place clean and hire people that actually can work and that are nice while doing it. And get some people that speaks English in there. This is the United States of America. These people need to speak English."
