"Their hot chocolate is good one, just perfect sweetness and thickness. The $12 ice cream bun is a different, some may like the combination of thin layer coffee bun with scoop of ice cream it and some may not. They can definitely work on their seating arrangement and speed of delivery, end of the day it's a coffee shop not a dining restaurant. Will definitely try their other items and update it! Tip:- Large hot chocolate size is worth the price."
"The international sensation lands in north Texas!!! Had to see if the hype was real and I was not disappointed. Had the Ferraro Rocher Bun, along with an original signature Bun and some Karrak Chai. One of the best cups of chai I have ever had and both the original signature bun and Ferraro bun were delicious!!! This place is a gem. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The location is a bit small but plenty of seating. Well worth the drive out from North Richland Hills!!!"
"My first experience at papparoti was truly immaculate. The employees were very kind and told us about the restaurant itself while also giving fantastic service. It was fairly clean which I highly enjoyed. The buns had a crisp outside with a soft finish on the inside. The fruit was fresh and a nice compliment to the sweet buns!"
