"We have lived here since last September. We have gone to this McDonald's maybe 5 or 6 times. So far, the order is always wrong. For example, today I ordered a sausage and egg McGriddle, no cheese. They forgot the egg. My husband ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. He got ham instead of sausage. Check your order before you drive off!"
"Fantastic staff especially drive through. However the order is more times wrong than correct and it gets more of a pattern. However the ice cream machine is working at this location more than it’s broken. So bummer and yeah at the same time. I tend to go to another location but this is my closest so I still hope they fix it. Love the drive through staff though. So nice."
"My wife and I ordered two Big Mac’s in the drive thru lane and explicitly asked the lady taking the order to “go easy” on the sauce and she said she would. Once we got home and started eating, the buns were so soaked with their “secret sauce” that the buns couldn’t be eaten and fell apart. What makes matters even worse is that we reported this incident to the Corporate McDonald’s office and they responded saying that the local manager would be responding directly to us and they never did. What a lousy place to eat. We will never eat there again. Don’t waste your time and money. This location at 1107 W. FM3040 in Lewisville Texas is not worth it !"
"We did the drive thru ordered 2 double cheese burger bundles and 2 large frozen cokes, the wait was ridiculous at least 15 mintues and there 4 cars ahead of us. The fries were over cooked and one of the drinks over flowed in my car when they gave it to me."
