"This particular location has always been really good. Food is always hot and fresh. Grat place when everyone wants pizza but can't decide what to get. Something for everyone!"

"Decent quality food for a pizza "buffet" and the price of $4.99 Mondays & Tuesdays for a limited time is a steal compared to current food prices out there. Staff at this location was courteous and pleasant. Food selections were plentiful, fresh and buffet line was replenished timely (salad, soup, pasta, pizza, dessert all included, wings available for an extra fee). Special request pizzas were made promptly. Empty plates and trash were picked up frequently by an attentive hard working dining room attendant. The overall restaurant was clean and notably, the restroom was super clean. Game room appeared to keep other patron's kids entertained. Will be back if craving a good ole' pizza buffet!"

"Pretty good experience! The pizza was above average compared to other Cicis locations I've been to. My step son loves the never ending pasta. Also, if you're not aware, this location (Ive been told all, but can't confirm) has a challenge that you need to schedule with them probably a week in advance, but you and a friend gotta eat a 28" pizza, 1 topping and 2- 32oz sodas with no ice, you have 1 hour to complete, aren't allowed to leave the table once challenge begins, and if you're able to eat and drink it all and hold it down for a few minutes, you get 500 bucks! I do think there's like a $50 fee to schedule it. My son and I are considering attempting this."

"My kids favorite place to go for dinner! I got 3 kids and I love that they have a variety of different pizzas for all of my kids. We invite our cousins and friends to eat with us here too. It’s good and affordable. The staff is great, always so nice and friendly. This location is great. They are always keeping the salad bar full and always cleaning when I look over at them."

"Our group brought the energy, so 5 stars for atmosphere. I rated 4 stars for service. It should have been 5 if it were up to the ladies working the floor and keeping everything clean. They work hard to clean up after everyone, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our large group of 25 people. The manager was rude though. Unwelcoming and did not display customer service skills or professional interaction with any of us. She treated us as if we were a burden and she wished we wouldn't have showed up. I can't imagine why considering we were helping the overall sales for the day. The cooks were amazing and friendly and prepared all of our special orders with a smile. The ladies at the register were also accommodating, patient, and professional. They welcomed our group to the restaurant and made sure we were charged properly based on everyone's age. The manager never came by to say anything, only gave us ugly looks from a distance. Overall the experience was great. My son enjoyed the pizza and dessert buffet and even played some of the arcade games. It was the perfect stop for all they could eat after 4 hours of jumping at the nearby Urban Air. I will also thank the servers who allowed me to use a store knife to cut the cake we brought in. I really appreciated your service."
