"Papa Johns had an “outage” on 01/14/2024 canceling my order. I called today 01/18/2024 and spoke with a very unhelpful “Sara” advising she was the store manager. I explained to Sara what happened. Provided my name, phone number and tried to provide my email to see how compensation could be offered. Sara did absolutely NOTHING to ensure I as the customer was left satisfied! I requested corporate phone # and her manager name and contact details she advised she doesn’t have any of those details! Sara is not fit to be a manager and is definitely in need of customer service training."

"I ordered my pizza hoping it would be ready when I got there. Supposedly, the delivery driver took my order by mistake so it took extra time to prepare my order over again. While sitting watching them make pizza, I noticed how dirty the establishment was. One man blew his nose and without washing his hands pulled out a cigarette out of his pocket and put it in his mouth, and proceeded to walk towards the front of the store. As I continued to watch, he still didn’t wash his hands and proceeded to play in his hair. One of the cooks also constantly scratched under his arms right after making pizza crust. Just a disgusting sight to see overall. Definitely will never order from this establishment again."

"Takes forever to deliver, it didn’t say it was delayed on the app when we placed the order. When we called to know what was happening after a long waiting, the lady said it would take more 35-45 minutes for delivery, and hang up on be before I could cancel the order, once we were already eating everything we found in the fridge by that time."

"We ordered a large meat pizza only to see a pizza with Only mostly cheese and barely any meat. We ordered through the app and it had zero updates. Our order was ready when we drive there, but seriously, the pizza is just a disappointment. Never coming here again. Money wasted!!!"
