Little Caesars Pizza

"This is absolute worst managed store. Pizza is never ready, always a long wait, they’re always short staffed. Ordered online tonight, went to pick up the order 20 minutes later, and was told it’d be a long wait. Customers walking in were told it’d be a 1.5 hour wait for new orders! Another customer’s ordered stuffed crust online, got to the store only to be told they were out of stuff crust. Nobody bothered to tell the customer. The entire point of Little Caesars is that it “hot and ready” bc if I’m going to wait a long time, I’m going elsewhere for actual good pizza. Don’t bother with this place."

"I'm so tired of this place. I've been ordering from them every Friday night for the past year and a half. For the last 2 months I have been putting the order in 2 hours early just to get an on time delivery. Not once has it come on time and just last week, they cancelled an order after I waited for two and a half hours. I drove to the restaurant and the entire place was packed with people getting refunds, told that the wait for pizza is 50 min and a full drive through. There was literally 2 people working. It's obvious they have absolutely no staff which clearly is a management issue not an employee issue. You all need to do better ...way better. We are local business owners who supply pizza to the youth every Friday night and I will never order from here again. I've lost my patience with them."

"Do not order from this place... this is the worst food places I've ever had to deal with. I am not sure if this is a franchise or a corporate location either way, this is a brand damaging location. Using the app is useless never ready this place is open maybe on Saturdays in few hour patches due to poor hiring. Pizzas are either burnt, under cooked or not even cut. Who ever is running this location is doing something wrong for them to now be able to keep staff turnover down. Stay away from this place especially on the weekends, this place shouldn't be open om the weekends until they get staffing in order"

"Ordered an extra-most-bestest pepperoni and italian cheesebread. Went to the drive through to pick it up and someone came and got my name and didn't come back to the window for 40 minutes. When the people behind me were honking I decided to park and go inside to find out what's going on. When I get inside there are several people waiting all talking loudly and getting annoyed. They said no one has served them for ages either. I have no problem if they're running behind and just tell the customers so, but there's no excuse to just not come back to the window and say, "I'm sorry, it's going to be a little while, we're understaffed tonight," or something. In the end our pizza is pathetic. We paid for extra pepperoni and there is less than 1/2 what I would expect on a regular pizza and my 4 year old could have cut it better."

"The second time in this place and it’s packed. No one in the front register. Guy left his pizza bc manager wouldn’t come out to refund him. You have people upset and waiting for an hour. Sad place."
