Einstein Bros. Bagels

"I visited this brand new location for the Apple cinnamon Bagel. It was delicious and would like to try the brisket bagel sandwich. -I wish they had a drive thru versus entering to join a line wrapped around the store -Perhaps they need a couple tables or a bench -I paid $5 for one bagel and the brisket sandwich costs $9 and doesn’t come with a drink or anything. But pic does look like it tastes good lol It’s not a place I would visit daily but will return."

"The past 5 times I’ve ordered ahead for pick up, I arrive and there are about 4-5 people behind the counter UNWILLING to assist. All the online orders are just facing their direction so you can’t see if it’s yours and wait like an idiot until someone acknowledges you. I have to feel like I’m interrupting someone and say excuse me, can I check on my order? All to find out it’s been ready and sitting there while they sit and stare at the wall lol. Pretty terrible"

"This location is so much closer, having gone to the one in Mansfield. I expected comparable service and food and I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. When I walked in 10 people were waiting on their orders. This is a standing room only location that leaves the patrons waiting for food to watch longingly as the mobile orders are cranked out. I have simple and easy instructions for my order none of which were followed. I want to put my own cream cheese on my bagel, not a difficult request. The other sandwich that was ordered was just sad and pathetic. The crew working at this location worked in utter chaos with no regard for the quality of food. This store model was a very poor business decision. Einstein’s should be building full size restaurant locations. This location could not balance walk up orders and online orders. Pick one please. And for the love of all things good, if you’re going to force me into a to go order put napkins in the damn bag. Please don’t waste your time visiting this location, I promise the drive to Mansfield is 1000% worth it. The service will be faster, the food will be better and you will actually get to sit down and eat your food at the restaurant."

"They waited on me very good said good morning may I help you. I got one jalapeno bagel to see how good it is and it was very good. Ask me how I wanted it and what I wanted it. And it didn't take too long. And the guy that wait on me told me if I put their app on my phone that I would get two free Bagels any kind. And I did get my two free Bagels Plus I bought a breakfast bagel and it was very delicious, love it."

"Always great to have a new einstein bagels near by! I love their food. The place was crowded but they were super fast and very nice regardless of the line."
