"Just went about 30 minutes ago 12/31/23 and got attended poorly. Took 30 minutes to get our meals. Cashier walked away when we were trying to get his attention because apparently gossiping with coworkers is more important than working. Still had to get down cause they were missing our orders of churros. When my father approached them the lady laughed at him “ yea I know hahahaha.” I understand no ones likes working New Year’s Eve but if your employees don’t wanna work they should stay at home instead of laughing and joking around as well as gossiping. Not only that I came home to missing an order of fries and my sprite tasted like tap water. Never spending my money here at this location again"

"Waited a while for someone to attend me on the intercom but no one answered so I drove up to the window and still took a while to attend me. They guy had asked, “can I help you?” Like if he had no idea what I was gonna do and clearly I wanted to order. I got home and saw that my order was incomplete. Never again, thank you for the bad experience."
"The new tripple cheese bacon burger is smaller and more expensive than a mc double or they screwed me. It looks like normal patties on the picture but no it's super small."
