"Food was delicious! Place is really nice and service was excellent!... only thing is music was a bit on the high(loud) but it was saturday 6pm and on and there was a DJ :) Everything else was great! I will be back! Had the Waygu shirt steak medium and it was super soft and delicious!"

"1st time experience! First, sitting is very limited location is to small for how popular it is; we had to sit outside while it was cold but the heaters and a jacket did the job. Wait staff is on point, they did not fail. The food: for a nice meal and a drink it’s great, a bit pricey compared to other places based only on quality not quantity of the product. We had a great time and will be dining here again soon."
"Wow, impressive! Visited Laredo for work meeting and stopped at Republica for lunch. Excellent place, very clean, organized and staff are polite and knowledgeable. Appetizers were really good and food was cooked to perfection. I would strongly recommended and I know where to stop next time I visit."
