"The person at the window was reasonably nice until she saw that I was only going to tip a dollar for my $7.50 drink. I did not get a thank you, I did not get a have a good day. There was nothing to indicate that the transaction was over, except she handed me my drink and my card and took the machine back."

"The service is too bad, I came to pick up my order but they ignore me. Both employees just make a joke with each other and did not care about my order. When I said they did the wrong order for me, there is no sorry back, so terrible service, I never come back"

"The customer is never right at this location they will always argue with you over something little like adding soy milk to your drink. The weekend shift is the worse and never make any drinks right this is the second time I’ve had problems at this location with that’s weekend shift and around 8 am won’t be a third time I will just drive to a different location"

"11/22 DEAF COMMUNITY BEWARE! Red headed Barista named Alexis WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST YOU. She refused to take the order of my husband who is DEAF! She claimed he could not type out his order on his phone and show it in the drive thru, then cussed him out! Another employee had to give the managers information since she refused to give anything! 11/24 She also does not comply with allergies!! In another instance she lied about my drink! I specifically asked for no almond or oat milk, I am SEVERELY ALLERGIC. She placed almond milk in it, and had attitude when I said it was wrong and I can’t drink it. She remade it, said there was oatmilk, I clarified because I am partially deaf and wasn’t sure if I heard her correctly. She said no there isn’t oat milk when asked the second time. There was oatmilk! I had a severe reaction that landed me in the hospital, and I have made a police report against this as assault. The store manager will not pick up the phone! DEAF COMMUNITY BEWARE!"

"Whenever I come to this location and there is a red headed barista working I absolutely have the worst experience ever. Her attitude and the way she greets customers in general is horrible. I understand this is a stressful job because I myself used to be a barista at Starbucks but never did I act the way she does in front of customers. The first time I went there she was on the register chit chatting with her co workers the entire time and when I had a question regarding a promotion or drink she’d give me an expression as if I’m asking dumb questions or annoying her. The second time I went there she was on hot bar making drinks. She put my first drink on the counter in an aggressive way with not even calling my name. And when she made my second drink she literally didn’t even make the effort to put it all the way on the customer counter where you put drinks, it was still on the hot bar area. All she said was “it’s done” and when I asked is that my drink? She looked at me all annoyed saying yes and went back to making drinks. I had to reach towards the hot bar area to grab my drink."
