"Whomever the young lady with the pink hair is who’s taking orders this morning needs a brake or a training in customer service during peak hours. Completely rude, no eye contact and the attitude and energy she showed the customers and her co workers is uncalled for. Every other person who works there is always the nicest. I will be asking for someone else to take my order in the future."

"Stopped in here on my way to work and had terrible service. Waited in line for 10 min for any staff member to decide to finally take orders and it just seemed unorganized and possibly understaffed. Should have looked at the reviews beforehand to avoid the unprofessional staff. The caramel cold brew was good and the all nighter is too but not worth the hassle or wait."

"I don’t know that I can even give this place a 1 star. The service here is just absolutely terrible! You wait for ever for one check out person while the rest of the loud obnoxious staff stands around and talks. The cream was a grocery store bought half gallon sitting in the counter. Floors dirty and no tables get cleaned. I have always like this place but please for the love of God will someone from Corporate come spend a day here and see what I’m talking about!"

When I walked into the store I was greeted by overwhelmingly friendly staff and a manager who was happy to help. The people at this location are absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to come back!"
