"Looking for something to eat after hours. Food was good. Fries were fresh out of the fryer. Not old or reheated. I hate when they throw fries back in the fryer that have been sitting there too long. They think people can't tell the difference. All restaurants that serve fries should always be fresh. Thank you Whataburger for fresh hot fries. Lead by example."
"I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, wanted it plain with jalapeños and grilled onions. Ended up chewing on a chicken patty that felt tougher than beef jerky, might as well had been bark. The patty was extremely hard from the outer edges and it was obvious that it was refried to warm up, which I usually don't mind but they overcooked way too much. I love Whataburger, they have great burgers and sandwiches, but today they just let me down. Will avoid this location for a while and hope for better quality on their part in the distant future."
