"Serenity is so awesome! Serenity was so kind and professional, I just had to ask her name to mention in my review because you don’t come across genuinely kind people like that everyday. I came today for a chai tea latte and I had to be a klutz and somehow spilled over half on my way out the door. I felt so bad and apologized profusely and a very kind gentleman that also worked here helped me clean my mess. I hate I didn’t get his name as well to mention because he was also very kind but the main point of this review is not about my clumsiness. Serenity made my order and before I spilled it, I tasted it and it was really great! Well I did get a new drink and it was really good too! I’ve had food and drinks here other times as well and the atmosphere it great. This is a bigger cafe with ample seating. I would say this location is comfortable and inviting. Thank you to all the awesome people at this location."

"I don't think I have ever actually reviewed a Starbucks before and I literally go all the time. I chose this one because I was on the way to a meeting and needed to work for 30 minutes, it was a 4 star on yelp, which is hard to get. Most other locations have a 2-3.5 mostly on the lower end. Def 5 star, cold brew was made exactly to my liking and ham and cheese croissant was perfectly crispy, it's been years since I've had that lol. Yet, I still order. Have been before (never ordered food from this location before today). Will return."

"Nat a fan of Jennifer's. I've been told by multiple people working there to pour some of my drink out in the sink so they can add the almond milk. I do this because they always add too much when I put it in the order... I work for a picky doctor that likes his drink very specific. So I proceeded to pour some of the drink in the sink and she grabs the cup by the lid on the mouth piece as if she was going to grab the drink out of my hand and spill it everywhere. She said I can't have you reaching over the counter.. ok, well tell everyone else that works there that. I obviously didn't do it without being told previously that I could. She was rude and kept giving me looks.. Made me extremely uncomfortable. The other people that work there are outstanding. If it wasn't for that incident and all the looks she keeps giving me, it would more stars."
