"I waited 40 mins for an online order no one greeted me. My smoothie isn’t even smooth and the store is practically full of people with the same issue and they apparently can’t give refunds. Staff can’t seem to handle anything and aren’t very knowledgeable on top of slow. Please train your staff better this is horrible."

"I visited this location for the 1st time today around 11am to get something for breakfast but employees totally ignored me. I was standing there for 2-3 min and they didn’t even look at me nor acknowledge I came in or was even there. I was really craving a good smoothie but I left as employees there seem to hate their job. They really need some training on customer service and how to greet their customers."
"I ordered all week long one week, 2 smoothies every day with almonds, b12, and multivitamins, when I finally realized after like the 5th order that my smoothie has been missing the almonds... It wasn't even on MY app and it made me wonder if they even added the B12 or multivitamin in the smoothies at all ever. They also forgot my edible straw a couple of times, too..... I should've called the first time I noticed no almonds, but I assumed they were just finely grinded in there. I just won't be spending my money here anymore."
