"Their service is trash. Every time I come here they leave something out. This time they left out 2 side orders. Last time it was an entire meal. It’s simple, look at the screen and put everything you see on the screen in the bag. Manager didn’t apologize or anything, just gave the missing items."
"It's all about the automation. The employees don't even attempt customer service anymore. Order on the app and go through the drive-thru. Don't even think about walking in the restaurant and going to a cashier to place an order or even to do pickup for an app order. Just stay on your phone and in your car. The employees don't want you in the restaurant anymore and it clearly shows. The good thing is the food does not suffer. It's still McDonald's food so if that's what you're after just remember it's all about the automation."
"This is the LAZIEST McDonald's I have ever been to and customer service is terrible. Their french fries are ALWAYS old look taste like they have been soaking in old grease. I went and got a ice coffee yesterday and it was actually pretty good..had the round lid on it as they put whip cream and caramel on top so I went back this morning to grab the same thing and it wasn't even filled all the way..no caramel..no whip cream..nothing and again customer service SUCKED What is this???!!! "Unfortunate experience tonight. My wife ordered two happy meals and a crispy chicken meal. They asked her to pull forward as the food wasn’t ready yet. When it was delivered, my wife didn’t check the bags (her fault) and drove all the way home. When she got home, she realized that they didn’t give her meal. We tried to remedy the situation by calling and asking for a refund. The worker said to drive all the way back and they could give us the food, but would not refund the meal. I tried to leave feedback on their store via their website but the receipt does not provide a code for me to enter to share about the visit."
