"Food was absolutely amazing. Service & atmosphere completely lacking. I ordered ice water & my boyfriend Dr Pepper we were brought canned/bottled drinks after being told they were from a fountain. We ordered an appetizer that we never received, no apology, no acknowledgement of the mistake, heck our "waiter" didn't even come back to the table after dropping off our food. We should have known after having to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged/given menus that the restaurant was not worth it. It truly felt that we were being ignored due to be Americans....the customers of other nationalities were actively attended to & engaged with. Absolutely disappointing. I'd give it zero stars except the food was REALLY good."

"Came here for a date night with my husband. I did appreciate the fact they stay open late and the outside decor setting was unique and made you feel like your in the Middle East. Right away though the waiter led us outside to the patio, even though that’s what we had in mind before we came but it was strange to not at least give the option of indoor seating but maybe because there was a lot of people playing cards and dominoes. Our food came in paper plates and drinks in disposable cups which was strange and definitely not worth the price they charge. The service was ok but our waiter didn’t have a note to write our orders and was just walking around with a garbage bag collecting the disposable paper plates and cups. Salad was good it had a different spice to it. The food was ok we ordered shish tawook, but the rice wasn’t too great. The coffee was good and so was the fresh smoothie, but again the price at the end for us turned to be $60 dollars and for serving in disposable plates and cups seemed a little over. Overall, we would probably come here again because we did appreciate the outside setting just be aware it may not be much of a family place because of the hookah smoking atmosphere."

"BYOB but They charge $10 per person to drink your own alcohol. CRAZY. Took forever to get a waiter. They were out of 4 of the 6 things we ordered. No meat/spinach pies. No actual plates? All of our things were served on disposable plates and bowls. This is paper cost. Why not use reusable eatery? We ordered the fried tomatoes which took 30 minutes and weren't fried at all.. see the photo. It is tomato stew. Just bizarre experience. Where is Samir?? His restaurant is not being managed well and ran into the ground!"
