McDonald's

"I went through the drive through about 6:40 am and ordered two sausage egg & cheese mc griddles. When I opened the bag when I arrived at my destination WOW was I surprised! Both sandwiches were only barely wrapped and both sandwiches were loose inside the bag and at this point, I couldn't give them to the people that I purchased them for. When I drove up to the speaker to place my order I sat there for about 4-5 minutes before anyone answered me, and I had to say my order four different times as the person kept messing up what I wanted!!! Then when I got to the window all I could see was one employee laughing very hard and another being very animated telling the first something. My change was almost dropped before it was given to me as the first employee was too busy to focus on what he was doing and concentrating on talking with the second employee. Then I saw my bag halfway taused to the first employee by someone i couldn't see and the first employee just shoved two napkins into the bag without even looking into the bag and then just holding it out the window and shaking it at me like "here take it", and I was moving slowly as im disabled anyways and it felt like he was just too busy to be bothered by me Saturday morning. McDonald's if your team members are trained like this and have this kind of lacking in professionalism as well as proper food handling skills and customer service there is no way on earth that I can recommend McDonald's to anyone!!!! If I'd been closer I'd have brought the sandwiches back but I had a meeting to attend! I don't enjoy leaving reviews like this but people need to know.... What happened to the McDonald's I knew as a kid 40 years ago????"

"Why do I use the inside kiosk to "save time" and have to wait over fifteen minutes to get a egg mcmuffin?"

"I stopped by for lunch on a weekday, in between home visits I was making for work. I opted to go inside to stretch my legs a bit. I placed my order online. Order was accurate, good quality, speedy service. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because the customer before me was hearing impaired. There was a lack of communication between employees, because when the previous order was ready, a young lady was at the counter repeatedly calling out the order #. The hearing impaired customer was at the drink station, filling up his drink. When the customer didn't go to the counter to pick up his order (because he was unable to hear), the employee left his bag of food sitting on the counter and walked away! Anyone could have taken the order! It was only a few minutes later that another employee working there (a gentleman who I assumed may have taken the hearing impaired customer's order) walked up to the counter, looked down into the bag, then looked up and scanned the area directly in front of the counter, grabbed the bag and began walking around looking for the hearing impaired customer to whom the order belonged. I know McDonald's can do better than that! I've witnessed impeccable service many, many times! Perhaps a little bit of time spent on employees practicing better internal communication would quickly alleviate this. I empathized with the customer, and I'm sure his food was most likely lukewarm at best. Nobody likes cold fries, Mickey D's!"

"Today I went to McDonalds and ask for a "Bundle Deal" that was clearly on their menu. The drive thru attendee told me, "they do not serve the "Bundle Deals" anymore". I asked to speak to a manager. The young man said "the manager was busy". I said "I had time, I could wait". Instead of the manager ever taking the "time" to speak to me, she had "time" to call 911 and four cops cars and 5-6 cops approached my vehicle, my toddler daughter, and I, aggressively saying " they (McDonald's) have the right to refuse service." "Sir, I was never told they refused to service me and my daughter. The manager never took the time to even speak to me, which was all I requested." Cops say, "well I'm telling you to leave because the manager called us and this makes no since." I was blindsided and felt completely violated. I agreed with the cops it did not make any logical sense for the cops to be called. They manager came outside a few minutes after the cops appeared. The cops then coached her into asking me to leave, which I gladly did. I left and went to chick fila, which the cops followed :(. I was truly shaken and baffled how thing escalated so quickly over some darn chicken nuggets. I hope that manager lose sleep tonight on how she treated a customer today. I am also grateful my daughter and I made it home safe to see another day."

"I ordered through postmates. My McFlurry was missing, and the nuggets were tough and tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The Big Mac, Fries, and Diet Coke were okay."
