"As Im typing this review Im seriously contemplating on a refund. I ordered my usual Strawberry lemonade refresher with extra strawberries. No ice. Size Venti. I get the cup served to me a little over half full. Wth??? 6$ for basically the serving of a small drink. I said why is my cup not full. Oh we are in the process of changing policy for those who dont want ice they get less drink. If i wanted a small i would have ordered a small. Im quite irritated about it and will NEVER come to THIS location. I dont want in the process service. If the policy has not changed serve me what I asked for in the size that I asked. After uploading the picture, I wanted to try it. It tasted watered down. Uggggh what a waste."
"This Starbucks is ABSOLUTELY wonderful!! Miss Cassie went out of the way to make my order Spectacular. They had a certain cup that I really needed and went out of the way to look in the inventory. They found the cup I needed and all when They first opened in the morning. The customer service alone here will have my service permanently! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommend!"
"The servers are always so nice and friendly, but my drink was half empty when i received it!!! I paid for a grande and when i opened my cup it contained what i would say is a tall. They definitely need to pay more attention to what they're doing."
