"2/15 3:50 am shift Went to get food for me and my co workers during night shift at the hospital. Got to the window I specifically told the guy I need 8 sauces as I handed him my card so that I can pay for it.and he even went as far as repeating back the amount and kind of sauce I wanted. He then proceeded to NOT charge me for any of them or even give them to me, I get back to the hospital and pass out the drinks for them to ALSO give my diabetic co worker normal Dr Pepper when I asked for diet. Thank god she anticipated y’all to mess up and tested her drink before she drank it. Y’all could kill someone that way and genuinely don’t seem to care"

"Only come here if you’re ready to fight, have a shootout, or have your vehicle damaged. The drive thru has 2 ordering lanes and converges back into one lane before the first window, and they leave it up to the vehicles to sort themselves out, which is a big mistake. You can inform the employees they need someone out there to monitor the traffic, and they look at you like you are stupid. Everyone’s in a rush, and that’s understandably expected, but some think they are more important or more in a hurry or just plain out bigger than you, and since it’s right off a major highway there’s always traffic and always different characters. And NO coordination or structure. Lack of management, doesn’t feel safe, doesn’t feel safe."

"McDonald's is a family favorite and usually we have no complaints but this visit left us discouraged. The sandwiches were sloppily made and sliding off the buns on the Big Macs. The fries were only half filled and the unsweetened tea I ordered was sweet. We probably won't try this one again."

"Just stopped by to get a drink and get out of the brutal 107 degrees 2023 Texas summer heatwave we are having.  It had been some time since I visited this location and noticed how breathtaking a renovation was done since I saw it last.  It looks way more open and modern and there's even padding on some of the bench chairs now. I didn't have to wait to order like some other locations where you have to basically flag a cashier down from drive-thru to get their attention to come and take your order.  I really don't like ordering from those kiosks, call me old fashioned. The all the staff behind the counter seemed to be courteous to all the customers. This McDonald's is located right off interstate 820 in north richland hills on the north side of the freeway, not far from Winco Foods, AutoZone Auto Parts, and Home Depot.  Again, great job on updating the place and keeping it very clean."

"They seem not know what they doing. Need more training. You would think you would get everything you ask for. Then you gotta wait if you need stuff an ask some employees on their phones walking around cashier was on his phone like no ones business. Drinks in cashier area. Also asked for manager an we got told she can't come out. Waiting for some more of our food."
