Starbucks has some competition and right now Dutch Bros is on top of their game!! Especially, since their prices are cheaper. I know they won me over and their cute stickers are awesome!! We love you Dutch Bros. Keep up the great work!!"

"***UPDATE*** Okay, I came back. Dutch Bros Coffee is absolutely DELICIOUS!! I had the 9-1-1. Somehow, they removed the "bitterness" that usually comes with a high count of espresso shots. It was silky, smooth, and delectable. I still had to wait a lot longer than you reasonably should for a cup of coffee. The people working are a delight. Just work on the speed. Lost a customer before you even had one. Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes before I was able to get out of line and just leave. It wouldn't have been so aggravating if the cars ahead of me had ordered 3 or more drinks. No, they each ordered ONE drink. Why does it take over 5 to 10 minutes for a single drink??? Sorry, but no coffee can be worth that wait, plus the cost. Never had Dutch Brothers and probably never will."

"Coffee and atmosphere are always great. I frequent her at least 5 times a week. Love the perks in the app and the free sticker of the month. I collect them all. I gave 4stars for service because I do believe they could improve on the amount of time it takes for each order. There have been times when I had to wait over 15 and I don't think that's acceptable for coffee unless it's a large order. Otherwise Fantastic."

"Dutch bros has really good coffee. The fact that they have a dairy free soft top is amazing. The reason they don’t get 5 stars is the time it takes to get a coffee. The line consistently takes 15-20 minutes at times even 30 with no order ahead option. And that’s with only about 6-8 people in front of you. The staff are nice and the caramel pumpkin brûlée with oat milk soft top has me coming back again and again this fall and choosing Dutch bros over other options. But usually we avoid it because of the lines and that’s really the only reason we don’t go more often. After fall I’ll likely start going elsewhere again."
