"This review is for the Starbucks inside Target: I've ordered the same thing at different Starbucks everywhere, a 16-ounce iced coconut milk mocha macchiato, which also includes white chocolate mocha sauce in addition to coconut milk and espresso, and is topped with caramel sauce and mocha sauce. No where does it show hazelnut yet the barista here adds hazelnut and gets mad when I tell her its wrong..I even showed her the recipe and she said they are all doing it wrong except her, ya no.."
"Bad customer service, screwed-up my order. Ordered egg and cheese croissant sandwich CSR changed it to egg and cheese with with different bread without informing. Complete disregard of customer consent. On top of that my chai was was water down, asked for two extra shots of chai and lady told me, I have to get back in line and pay extra for it"
