"The girl working window, big white girl with fake lashes who said she was the manager, was extremely rude, the app gave me a code for a free cone I showed her the code she said it wasn’t valid , all I asked was how to get my points back and she rudely turned and slapped her thighs and asked for someone to make the cone, I said I don’t want to rip y’all off I just wasn’t my points back and she said “ I don’t have anything to do with the app” with all the attitude gif gave her. I get why people complain so much about y’all now."
"Ordered through DoorDash, ordered a 10 piece nugget only got 6, the box says 10 count thought. Ordered 2 cheese burgers with no onions, got 2 burgers with no pickles, loaded with onions. For how much they get paid, you’d think reading would be part of the job but clearly they lack in this department."
"Sub par at best. Get it together. How about one of you big honchos in the top corner office with the leather couch and who takes long lunches everyday, run through the chick fil a drive through and learn a lil something. Having cars from order to pay to food to gone in under 14 seconds if really not something’s a complaint of your magnitude should be proud of. Don’t the to beat the joe blow burgers down the road. They too are empty becaue of the same reason. Cold damn fries. How hard is it to have a small basket coming up for every order instead of cooking an entire frozen 80 lb bag all at once and slowly under the heat lamp over time run through those then repeat.
