"Before this new woman started working there this was an great Starbucks, but now that this new woman is there is is rude always makes my drinks wrong, and always grabs the drink from the top, I usually don’t care about that but this time I do. Especially when I go there almost every week and my drink is messed up. Not to mention I see customers leave cuz of this."
"It was a night shift woman she asked what I want as I told her then she proceeded to tell me the machine was broken for what I wanted, which I don't know why she would ask me that and not tell me from the beginning what was not available like most places do I wouldn't have minded getting something else but she was so rude with it!! "I have been going here ever since I met Maxx one of the employees. I described to her I wanted a custom drink but wasn’t sure what to put in it and so she made something for me based on the things I told her I like in my coffee. It was so amazing! I go at least 3-4 times a week. She is super nice and patient."
