"Ordered a thin crust pepperoni and jalapeño, when I opened it part of the pizza is mutilated. I don't expect a lot but I do expect my whole pizza to be edible when I pay decent money for it."

"I usually order at this place because it’s the closest location for me. Today i ordered pizza online for my family (supreme pizza, pepperoni, stuffed crust pepperoni and Italian cheesy bread) and instead of the Italian bread they gave me a personal pepperoni pizza, a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza instead of stuffed crust, and the supreme looked like it only had mushrooms and maybe 2 pieces of bell pepper. Normally I don’t have complaints about this location other than having to wait 1hr+ sometimes for your pizza, but I wish i got what i ordered instead of random things that slightly look like what i ordered."
"A hot and ready pizza should be ready when you arrive right, that's why it's called Hot and Ready. Well most of the time we go to this location and it's every other week, 80% of the time we have to wait 15-25 minutes for the Hot and Ready Pizza. The customer service sucks, some of the employees there look like they don't have a clue. We have been to other locations and they have their $#!? Together! I hope the owner of this establishment reads this and fixes things, if He or She even cares!"
