"I’ve been to this Dutch Bros multiple times and by far the slowest. On average in the morning is about 6-8 mins per car. Typically one drink. So 6-8 mins to make one drink on average is ridiculous. Especially seeing that there is about 3 people working and 2 are watching one person make the drinks. 5 cars behind and 40 mins, I’ll go back to Starbucks now."

"I ordered 6 drinks early in the morning, all the staff did an amazing job getting the drinks out to me in a timely matter, made sure they were labeled, made sure I had straws and made sure the drink carrier's were secure. Its employees like this that always make me wanna go back. Thank you so much again guys!"

"This is my FAVORITE Dutch Bros location. They've always made my drinks perfect, the entire staff is super amazing and.. I just can't say enough good things about this location! No matter what crazy combination of stuff I've gotten, they've always gotten it right on the nose. Like when I ask for enough holiday sprinkles that they're questioning my sanity, they do it. Plus they know my 2 year old loves their stickers so they always give me extras of all the new stickers. I have them all over her cups and wall and she loves them. They even ask about my kids, like they remember us as a family and that says so much about the employees here. To the manager who hired and trained all of them, you're doing a fantastic job, someone give them a raise and have them train the employees for every location because apparently it's working. Thank you guys, for always making my day brighter"

"Be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait some more. The service and quality have dropped significantly since their opening. Last visit was a wait of 43 minutes, with the staff averaging about 5-6 minutes between orders. I only know this because I had plenty of time to wait and time it. Once we finally reached the order window I watched a portion of our order sit on the counter completely finished, just needed a lid, for another 6 minutes."

"Regret to report that this location has fallen from it's graces as one of the fastest, friendliest and best service and is now hands down one of the slowest with drink orders coming out wrong or messy and sticky. You WILL hit a long slow line going in anywhere around these popular times 12:30pm, 3:30pm and 5. Such a shame as I used to drive out of my way for this spot and it's super amazing service and beverage options."
