"The food is not the issue. The quality and speed of the service is the issue. We had to repeat the order six times via the drive through. SIX! We ordered red beans and rice yet still had to ask for forks. FORKS! I am not a fan of eating with my fingers with hot rice. The restaurant did not look busy which was evident with the employees standing around talking and laughing. However, that last statement is an assumption because again we visited through the drive through window."

"The place was clean and the customer service was somewhat ok. But when they forget to bring you the rest of your food! That's where things change. I had also bought some desert, they told me it would take about 5 minutes. We finished our food within 20. As we were leaving, I went to the register and asked the young lady about the dessert that I bought. She was clueless about it."

"It had been over 8 years since the last time I tried it, I took my son for the 1st time and and unfortunately had a not so good impression. It took over 10 minutes for the lady to take my order. 3 girls were in the kitchen and every once in a while 1 would look at me and yelled, i'll be there to take your order, it happen for over 10 minutes. I was getting frustrated but keep it cool. The order was ok, the tenders were a bit cold but by that time, I was too hungry. 4/5 stars, improvement can be made."
