"It was my birthday this month so I came by to get my free drink (yes I’m a Dutch bros rewards member) My bday is on the 10th of february and i even tried to show my drivers license and my app but the girl who worked there (Celeste) was very rude and denied me my free drink. I didn’t want to cause trouble for them so I just went to another location and they gave me no trouble whatsoever, didn’t even ask for my license when I offered. Someone needs to teach that girl Celeste some customer service !!!"
"Been here 3 times over last few weeks, they never fill the cup, leaving like an inch to the top empty. For some reason none of the employees know how to use cold foam, they put like a spoonful of clumpy foam on the drink instead of a solid layer. The last 2 times I've gone the employees don't ask me if I want tip or tell me my total. Which is sus bc I ordered a large rebel both times and was charged around $9 when I later looked at my balance in the app. Either the rebels have gone up in price at only this location by $3 or the dude at the window is giving himself whatever tip he sees fit."
"They’re nice and the drinks are great… but this is by far the slowest location I have ever been to. I have never seen any drive thru place move so slowly. Lots of young kids playing and enjoying work, but being punctual still matters."
"Very disappointed in this stand. I ordered 3 drinks and none of them tasted right. The one that was most disappointing was the sour candy rebel. They were out of the sour candy flavoring. No problem because they substituted with something else. But there was no soft top or candy on top. The other 2 were missing syrups that were supposed to be added."
"My latte was tasty and the line was fast and efficient with friendly staff . The menu items are different so they helped me understand what the options were. Not sure I like the sippy cup lid that sticks up from the cup but I just took it off to drink. Loved the music playing while waiting in line. FYI, there is only outside sitting so take that into consideration if you are looking for a spot to do some work."
