IHOP

"Waited to be seated in a very bare restaurant. No one would acknowledge our presence or existence. After several attempts to make contact, we left. Service non-existent. Looked trashy and unkept. Cook staff looked really rough. This place needs help on customer service and cleaning. The vibe is off-putting and non hospitable. I haven't been here in years. Looks like we are not missing much."

"Let me start with, It was busy when we got there. We waited about 10 minutes for a table ( understandable) The front end staff was great, the kitchen staff need retraining. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler, eggs over medium, bacon and hashbrowns crispy. The eggs were over hard and the bacon was limp. I informed the server about the eggs and she said she would have them replaced, another lady brought out the refired eggs and they were over easy. The pancakes ( I like to eat last) hadn't even melted the butter that was in between them."

"IHOP at its finest! The foods never disappoint. My bff and I had the Rise and Shine breakfast from the 55+ menu, for me, that included breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs and hashbrowns and of course coffee which came in a carafe and stayed on our table the entire time. I use sucralose(yellow packets) and half and half in my coffee. They had both and brought a generous serving of half and half to our table. The waitress was attentive(no name tag, so I could not mention her by name), friendly, and had a smile on her face throughout our stay. Worth a repeat visit for sure!"

"Well, had to try dis one to b different. Breakfast fo lunch. Heard bout da food here, mayb not so bueno. Actually it wasn't dat bad, could've been a lil hotter temperature tho. What was got was da jalapenos!!! They were very angry. Service was good and honest and lighthearted. Thx fo being personable...."

"My husband & I had a long day at an auction in Decatur, so IHOP is our go to place. Breakfast for dinner, they were very busy. Only had 1 server. They are hiring. I ordered a cup of coffee with creamer. Creamer came 5 minutes later I understood completely she was slammed getting drink orders. Our order was taken, food didn't take long to come out. This server handled some rude people I wasn't going to add to her list, I did okay with my 1 cup of coffee. Food was okay, my husband loved his waffle. I ordered spicy poblano omelet, it was spicy! They were generous with the avocado! Pancakes were dry but good with syrup. Husband loved his meal. I didn't cook my food or serve it, I was kind & patient. Hopefully they hire more servers to help the gal out."
