"This place has gone downhill. This is the second time I’ve ordered a pizza from them that has been burnt. There is no reason you should be offering “keto” or “gluten free crusts” to use that have food allergies if you are going to burn the crust to black and not cook it properly. This time we even wrote in the additional instructions section to please not burn the crust, and it arrived blackened. This is a slap in the face to those of us who pay for your food. My husbands regularly pizza turned out fine however. So thanks for that."
"I ordered food through Uber Eats so I could have an easy night. The quality of pizza I received was burnt and soggy. Which is unacceptable and on top of that I ordered cheesy bread. Which was basically burnt and dried cheese pizza. My husband drove to Blaze Pizza so we could go complain. Ut was closed 15 minutes early. Doors locked, Why did I spend $45 for bad quality. This is unacceptable."
