"The coffee tastes burnt. My wife had to go to the counter after she noticed that people after her were leaving. They forgot about hers... She didn't like her latte. I grabbed a bag of their espresso beans and they are not very good either. Not near as good as BRCC. I won't return."

"Amazing staff and great atmosphere. Great selection of food and drink. I was indecisive so I asked a staff member for a recommendation. The lady’s name was Alice. She was extremely helpful and told me to try to chestnut and praline Frappuccino. It was delicious! Definitely will be coming back."
"Not only was I rudely told by an old lady to come instore to refill red cup. Other stores have let me use drive thru But forgot to offer me a red cup discount and bonus stars. Had not have this problem before. Please let Wednesday morning shift know this."
"So this was my first Starbucks experience because I'm not a coffee drinker and did not care for the hype. If I'm in the Caribbean I'll enjoy a nice cup of Blue mountain peek coffee. In Bali, I enjoyed quality indonesian organic blend. Otherwise, I do not drink coffee routinely, and even though I'm aware that Starbucks sells other food items, I had no desire to visit, knowing that they are all overpriced and overrated. The coffee shop that I visited in Fort Worth was clean, they had nice music in the background and the young ladies behind the counter were really pleasant. This made for a good experience. My hot chocolate was not really good. My veggie sandwich and banana cake were okay."
