"Bad service / “policy”… my girlfriend and I went in to get two drinks but she doesn’t like the tapioca bubbles so I asked them to put hers in mine and they said they couldn’t do that but and still charged me the same price even without the tapioca. If the tapioca is already paid for in the drink why can’t I just put it in the other drink… drinks weren’t even great"

"We got the #6 combo for $24, it included two boba drink, a crepe, and a corn cup. I got a taro boba and my husband a milk tea, the Romeo and juliet crepe and a regular corn cup with hot cheetohs. To start off the tapioca pearls were hard yet deflated at the same time, some were even frozen. The taro and milk tea itself was perfect, however. The hot cheetohs in my corn were stale and clinging onto the back of my teeth. The crepe was burnt underneath and hard to slice, they tried covering it with chocolate sauce. Visually it is all very appealing, but definitely not worth 24$ for stale chips and burnt crepe not to mention inconsistent texture on the boba. As someone who has been to many boba places in the valley please just take your money elsewhere."

"Had a strawberry on the beach here and my son and I drank from the drink....unaware they had put plastic shards in it. Be wary coming here. I have sought no gain from this and I have every right to be upset in this ordeal. It's dangerous to have this in your drink especially if your child drinks from it. Things could've turned out a lot worse for us health wise. The least I can do for the public is warn them about this issue. And no the problem was not handled properly by any means and I didn't recieve a proper apology. Instead I was laughed at over the phone and told ,"sorry what if it was a mistake". "What if"?! I have every right as a consumer to give my opinion and the ladies that worked there were extremely rude. BE WARNED."
