"The store was fairly clean and organized, I didn’t have any issues finding a section. The prices were also fair. The line was extremely long but k wasn’t waiting for more then 20 minutes so the line does go by fast"
"I love and hate this place. They have lots of decorative items to fill empty corners and nooks in your home. They have tons of clothing and easy gift items to choose from. Always leave with more than intended to purchase. The downside is the store is always crowded and even though the checkout line is usually fully staffed, the line can be ridiculous, wrapping around to the rear of the store. Don’t go if you’re in a rush because you’ll easily be there for about an hour."
"Selection is usually good, I can find what I need, usually at a good price. What I can not get past is the lack of customer service. This is not the first time, but this was definitely one of the rudest comments. I was checking out last night and purchased a toy for my 5 year old and some clothes for my 2 year olds. The cashier looks at me and says "oh your grandson is beautiful ". Really lady??? Why do you assume that everyone in this city pops out babies at 15? Maybe next time, just say "he's handsome" or "he's whatever". Don't assume that I had a kid in high school and don't assume that you know my age just by looking at me. So rude!!! Not going back for a while. Maybe she'll be retrained by then on how to talk to customers..."
"Store closes at 9:30. Went in to do a quick return at 9:24. Rene was blocking the door and screaming that it was closed. She has horrible customer service!!! Store closes at 9:30, not a minute early. This employees do whatever they want with a business that isn’t theirs. A customer in the parking lot next to me said she tried going in at 10:12 and she was already not attending customers and letting anyone in. Horrible. Zero stars if I could."
"Good jewelry selection at tjmaxx. Home goods had good decor. Lots of seasonal items this time. Huge selection of pet items. Store waspretty clean and easy to shop."
