"When we walked into the store today, the workers seemed bothered, chatting amongst themselves. It's not usually a big deal, but we had trouble finding items, and no one helped. An annoying moment was a tall girl hovering, maybe worried about theft. Even though we bought something, since we usually get most of our clothes here, we might skip it until the staff gets better training or they hire more capable people"
"The cielo vista location has awful customer service the last two times I've come. It's not even busy there's several employees chatting with each other but not greeting or helping the customer."

Today i went to the mall and stopped in at The Gap, I overheard the manager ( big girl with long wavy hair ) speaking to another employee like trash...of course he was young because she wouldn't get away with that attitude with an adult my age- for sure! Poor guy looked so embarrassed.She could of saved it for later and not in front of the customer's! Took myself to another store."
