"Their “3 day return policy” is deceiving. Came for a return on day 3 but guess what! They count the same day you make the purchase as day one so be aware!"

"Yesterday I had one of the greatest experience at Kiehl’s, I met Melissa and she made my experience so different, she knew about the products, she made excellent recommendations, she was so nice and patient!! Thumbs up for a great customer experience!"

"Bad customer service!! (Men's fragrance department) horrible customer service we where not greeted nor where we asked if we where doing okay !!! My boyfriend wanted to buy a cologne and we had a coupon we wanted to use which was 25$ off any fragrance from the listed fragrance in the holiday sample set …any ways he ofc was in between scents and wanted to test a few out before buying the product…no one was there to offer any help tho .. my boyfriend starts sampling the colognes on his own and I guess security got suspicious and watched us the entire time lol .. finally when we think someone is going to offer help she comes to the cologne my boyfriend was sampling and takes it away to show it to another customer..which is really rude the least she could’ve done was acknowledge us ..fast forward another employee came by and finally asked if we needed anything I had a question for her over the coupon but would not even let me finish my sentence ..we then told her we where between 2 colognes and wanted to make sure the coupon worked first since one fragrance was on sale ..she then proceeded to say we needed a dillards credit card to use the coupon which is not true at all when we repeated to her that it was part of the holiday sample set she looked confused she then said “I will scan the fragrance to see if the coupon works “ my boyfriend repeated again to her “if the coupon does not work with the sale item I will not take the sale item and I will take the other one instead “ she did not seem to care what we had to say and rang up the fragrance..she then asked for my boyfriend to swipe his card in order to see if the coupon worked or not (does not make sense at all on why she would make him pay in order to see if the coupon worked ) when the receipt printed out she looked worried and saw the coupon was not applied …we where really upset at the fact we felt forced to take the fragrance because she did not know what she was doing .i did not get a name but all she seemed to care about was her commission and that is horrible customer service for a 150$ purchase that was made"

"All Dillards locations I’ve been to usually have very good customer service! I work in customer service so I completely understand how hard it can be. However, when you walk into fragrance and are not greeted and get followed by associates everywhere you go, that’s not good customer service. I would’ve purchased a fragrance if not for this one associate constantly hovering over us. Never asked us if we needed help or anything. I’m just disappointed in this dillards and their customer service."

"Holiday shopping can be extremely overwhelming. We went to Dillard’s (women) yesterday and were in search of Vegan/Cruelty free women’s beauty products and makeup for gifts and met Joey! He was the epitome of stellar customer service. He not only listened to our needs and concerns, he also helped customize gifts based on the information we gave him. Then, as if that wasn’t enough, he walked us to fragrances and helped picked out several gift packages there as well and then allowed us to shop outside of Dillard’s and he prepared all of our gifts and wrapped what he could. This guy is amazing. At the end of our shopping we went back and he even helped us carry our bags to the Dillard’s exit upstairs. Seriously, we need more people like him! Commend him!!"
