"I went in today on my lunch hour and was immediately greeted by Madison. She was extremely helpful. I was in search of a specific shirt I had seen online and normally I don't ask for help but because of her kindness, I did this time and THANK GOODNESS. There was one more shirt left that I had completely missed. She guided me straight to it and even suggested another super cute top. She is an exemplary employee. She was the only one I witness actually interacting with customers and I could not thank her more. Thank you Madison! :)"

"The store is very big, and it's organized fairly well. There's a woman and men's section too. The clothes aren't very cheap but not expensive. The quality of the clothes depends on how much you pay for it (unless that certain item was valued more and now is on sale) .They also have good deals all the time. I also like that it's not too busy there so there's no crowds or long lines.The customer service isn't the best but that doesn't take off a star for me because I'm focused about other things."

"The rudest lady in the universe on the phone. She gave me tons of attitude. I had called earlier, some guy answered, I asked if they were hiring. He advised me to put an application online, gave me the store number and everything then told me when I was finished I could call back. Then, when I called back this lady answered and I told her I had put an application online for that store. She said we aren't hiring, so I told her about the guy I talked to. She got very frustrated with me and basically yelled at me, you could hear her from across the room saying well anyone can apply it does't mean we are hiring. I hope they don't treat their customers like that at this store. I am a frequent shopper at Rue 21, and now I don't know if I will ever go back!"
