"Props for putting on a jalapeno lager (extra spicy, but an uncommon treat). Juicy IPA wasn't trying very hard. They're the sole on-tap beer at RGV, where they had several that weren't at the brewery. Militaristic decor will probably turn on some and off others. Disjointed staff, but on-site owners were trying their best."
"We have been here several times. Each time, we feel as if the beer on tap is not chill enough. The decor is great, pays homage to our Vets. Limited seating inside, but great ample picnic style bench seating outside. They don’t have a food menu. But no need, there are plenty of food trucks around the area where you’ll find something great to go hand in hand with their craft beer."
"1st time visiting 5X5 Brewing Co. Went to see the band, Vinyl Spin. Didn't know what to expect. Liking lighter beers I opted for their blonde ale, Moore Field. Had a pleasant flavor and served from the tap. Outside seating to see the band with additional picnic tables further from the stage where several food trucks provide the only food available on site. Friendly crowd with a mix in ages enjoying the show. Perfect for pleasant weather outdoor fun."
