"The shoes are always so messed up at this location. You need to look through all sizes, basically their entire shoe section is a free for all. Shoes of all sizes are randomly merchandised across all size sections. If you come in and just give a quick glance for a shoe in your size section, and find a shoe you like but realize it's the wrong size, you could get feelings of disappointment if that is the only pair like it seen in that size section. Well as it turns out, there is still hope for you! It is very likely that your desired shoe and size was just placed in another section erroneously. Male or female, it doesn't matter. You have size 7 mixed in with the 5s and 6s and 8s and up. So if you have the time to search their entire shoe section, you might just find a good deal. Otherwise, I suggest you spare yourself the frustration. There are other Ross locations in town that offer a hassle free shoe buying experience."

I understand how the holidays are approaching and store is in need of help but putting someone in the front with zero customer service skills is unacceptable. Manager was somewhat helpful. I hope something is done about workers behavior because talking bad among co workers in front of the costumer is trash."
