"I used to love to shop at this location but unfortunately will not being doing so anymore. I currently live in Aspen, CO. My parents still live in EP so I drop in every now for holidays etc. I almost exclusively order online and send a friend to pick up. Historically, they've never ID'd at pick up but today when my friend went to pick up my order (just under $700 worth of clothes) she was asked for an ID. I appreciate the security ladies, I really do, so I sent a picture of my ID within a couple minutes. When my friend returned to the store they still refused to hand over my already paid for clothing. The shop girls even accused her, and by default I, of fraud etc. So much drama over some clothes. Its also worth mentioning that the few times I've been in store the girls will talk bad about other customers, keep in mind I'm not friends with these ladies nor am I a recognizable regular at the shop. All that being said, I think I'll keep my dignity and shop else where. Truly unfortunate."
"The AMAZING customer service makes it easy to support local even when it may be in the high price end. Erika, the owner, demonstrates so much dedication to her business. She is consistent and has created a sense of community by hosting events and promoting other local shops. Clothes are good quality and fit very well. Overall, I am so happy to see them thrive and I always look forward to their new arrivals."
