"I’ve been enjoying Reserva coffee for several years now, ever since they opened. They used to be consistently good and I would have rated them 5 stars in the past. But, over the last 2 months I have visited each of the 3 McAllen locations multiple times and have left disappointed every single time. Instead of the breve cappuccino dry I ordered, I get something that tastes like a warm glass of milk. Please train your team! Reserva has the beans but unfortunately doesn’t know what to do with them anymore."

"Staff was great, atmosphere is cute. Ordered café de olla and have had it other places, this wasn’t even drinkable. Traded it in for a regular black coffee and it wasn’t even hot just warm and tasted watered down. My partner got hot chocolate with the same complaint, watered down not even hot. Been to other Reservas before, this one missed the mark by a long shot. For the price they charge we can’t afford to throw our money away at a place that can’t make one decent drink."

"I’ve been here a few times this past week and am more than impressed. The coffee and food is so fresh and you can tell the staff took the time to make it as yummy as possible. Reasonable pricing for what you get, always seating available and free wifi. Couldn’t ask for a better coffee shop to do work/homework in. The noise level is perfect and they play up to date music that isn’t too loud. The staff is lovely as well, I wish I could rate more than 5 stars!!"

"This place is very nice and cozy, but with a modern look. I have tried several items in their menu and they have not disappointed! One of the most recent drinks I had was the matcha horchata and it tasted delicious. I came to do a little studying, and if you are sitting in the cushioned seats it’s okay other wise the metal chairs hurt a little if you sit there for long periods of time. Other than that the staff is friendly and very helpful."
