"The burgers were was just warm and the buns were burn fries were cold could tell they were done for a while and it took them 28 minutes exactly to give our order for it to be just warm and it was only 1 person ahead of us so disappointed with them"

"I walked in, and no one to take my order. It turned out that the cashier was delivering an order in the parking lot. She finally came in, so I ordered two double meat whataburgers, onion rings, and chili cheese fries. I waited for what seemed a long time, which meant a total of eight customers were waiting for a cashier to take their orders. After twenty minutes or so without my order, I was getting ready to ask what was taking so long, when one of the eight customers came in with a bag of food she had been given. As it turned out, they had delivered my order to this lady. No supervisor was visible anywhere in the restaurant. Everyone, it seemed, was going on auto pilot without direction. Not going back to this place."
"I’m a Whataburger fan and this is one of the best Whataburger places I’ve been to in Texas. WOW! Get your order right and service is fast. Amazing detail to my food. Not all Whatas are the same. This one does it right."
