"If you're searching for a quiet, peaceful, high-quality, hiddem gem coffee shop then Reset is the place for you! I was in search of the perfect Friday coffee spot to sit down and get some homework done when this quaint little shop popped up on my Google Maps. It is located in a plaza right by Tres Lagos. Very high-end, boujee community, but the prices of the drinks and desserts here are very fair. The plaza has plenty of free, roomy, parking and the shop ambience is so quiet and calming. Very modern and dimmed lighting. Very clean and presentable. I got to work on my task list in a wonderful setting. Undisturbed and quiet with nice hushed indie music softly playing in the background. I ordered their Rubi Red Mousse with Cafe de Olla. In love with the white chocolate raspberry dessert. It's so unique and paired well with the coffee which gave me the shot of concentration I needed to focus. I highly recommend this coffee shop to all local coffee lovers and visitors in McAllen. "What I love most about this shop is its simplicity! I feel like most coffee shops nowadays try too hard to be aesthetic with their drinks that they forget to make them look tasty. Not the case with this shop. It’s not complicated but rather straightforward. It has several brilliant options to choose from. If you’re looking for coffee, my favorite is the Strawberry Milk Latte! Tastes amazing! If you’re looking for tea, order the Sweet Tea! I know it sounds simple but they make it themselves and it was awesome! Service is great too! You’ll be greeted by friendly baristas and fed with fast service. Give this place a visit!"

"I have tried all but one specialty latte flavor at Reset both hot and cold and have not been disappointed yet. The flavor and level of sweetness is just perfect, just right and doesn’t distract from flavor chosen. Not sure how they do it but am certainly glad they’ve got this down—delicious! The customer service is always warm, friendly, and almost familial like, which is an added plus. I’ve also tried a lemon blueberry muffin and really enjoyed it. I hope to make it out during this weekend’s special event. Wishing this establishment all the success!"
