"“Bad customer service” as what the previews customers coming out the store. And they were right no one greeted me, there are no employee in front of the cashier to assist you. Waited for 10 minutes and I can see them talking and laughing. I asked one of the lady employee to please assist me, she just walked away and made a face like didn’t hear me as she delivers an order outside. Few guys came inside and the girl on the drive thru finally came to the front and assist me. The store lack of employee and poor training. Not enough choices of donut and quantity. No donut menu on the drive thru too."
"No donuts available, empty shelfs, there is no donuts to choose only left overs."

"I'm a dunken lover and frequent them most days. This one just opened this month and so far the service has been great. For a new location, they are taking the rush hours like a champ. I'm positive that over time, they'll just keep improving. Just have patience yall."
