Seating is dirty but I dont stay there anyways, Do know I went to get a hot chocolate Monday and they said they were out of "chocolate powder". What do you mean ? "This place is run by amateurs. On 4 different times in 6 months they haven’t had either: cups, lids or kolaches. And this is early in the morning. How can you be a franchise and not have lids for coffee? When you sell coffee? Amateurs."
"I come almost every other day. It’s been three weeks and they never have utensils. They never have donuts and now they didn’t have hashbrowns literally almost every day. Why are you even open if y’all have no donuts?? Telling me to wait 4 hours for donuts at 2pm UMMM GET IT TOGETHER"
