"I wanted to get a comparison quote and called on a Friday. I was asked to send an email with the parts I wanted quoted and I did, but I never got a reply that the email was received or an expected date of delivery for the quote. I called 5 days later left 2 voicemails and did not get a response. So i called the on day 6 and I finally got a hold of the gentlemen that told me to send him a the information needed. When I asked him if he had received my email he said yes and when I asked him if he would have ready soon he said sir I am really behind on my work. Don't need things done immediately after request but would like a timeline just to know. Bad experience."
