"Avoid Doing Business With Them, Charged me $40 to give me a quote on how much is it to fix and called me. 4 days was called and gave me quote for almost $300 to fix it, They changed their quote and lowered down $200 just fix it *For Vizio 45""

"Horrible service! The techs are not professional and wanted to lay the TV on the sofa. They don't carry a protective blanket like the techs at Geek Squad. I would not hire this company for anything and will voice my complaints to Sony since they coordinated the service due to the TV being new."

"This place made send in pictures, disconnect and unmount my oled TV from the wall as well as take the day off just so they can show up (with the panel replacement) to perform yet another test even if though all of this should have been already sorted out. My TV has faint vertical lines visible that LG for some ridiculous reasons wants to evaluate over video phone call. You have to be physically in front of the TV for any type of panel evaluation. Aside from this ridiculousness towards the end of the phone call when the LG agent asked the Coronado TV tech if he saw the problem because he couldn't see it in the video, he went on to say "well I see the customer is pointing at something but I'm not sure". Are you freaking kidding me?? I had just showed these techs the issue and they still have question it. One of tech even admitted he would have never noticed it. Of course not, I don't know think they have a good eye for doing these kinds of evaluations. In his eyes it's passable. The Coronado tech basically told the LG agent he didn't really think there was an issue. THERE'S OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING THERE THAT SHOULDN'T. This ridiculous blind tech pretty much influenced the final decision and left telling me I needed to start from "square one" and mostly trying to blaming it on LG. Even tho he had it in his hands to admit to the LG agent there was in fact an issue with my oled tv. All because "well the customer is pointing at somethings but uhmmm.. Yeah I dunno". Freaking unbelievable. They left me here with the defective TV."
