"Initial appointment for an estimate was quick and easy. Our repair tech Maurice was prompt and let us know it might take some time for the part to come in as we had an older model. That's where things got a little dodgey. We set up an initial appointment of a week later as a guess to when the part would be available, this way we at least had the appoint on file and of they needed to reschedule they would notify us. I was sent an automated message confirming my appointment, the day and time came and went and I had to call to ask what was happening. They stated the part was still in processing, they co firmed its arrival date via tracking number and we rescheduled. I them started receiving multiple automated messages with different appointment times with some not on the same day. The day of my original appoint came, i made someone available for the appointment window, no one called or showed up. I had to call to confirm, they said it was a system issue but they will call me back with the correct time. Nobody called me back, so I had to call again a few hours later. The tech confirmed a time for me, showed up, was quick and efficient and even gave us tips to prevent the same issue. Our tech Maurice was great the whole time. I think this is more an efficiency and management problem. They might need to hire a few more hands for setting appointments and follow ups for communicating with customers. Overall it wasn't a bad experience and they did the job well."
